Rooms 5, 24 and 34-- Room 5 is located in our lush courtyard and has a queen bed. This room has a very small staircase that leads to a sitting area. Room 24 is located on the second floor and is right next to our second floor shared balcony.
Room 34 is on the third floor and is located on the shared courtyard balcony.

Rooms 25 and 35-- These rooms are located on the second and third floors, respectively. These charming rooms each have 2 queen size beds and sleeps a maximum of 4 guests per room. These rooms share the courtyard balcony area with one other room (34), all of which overlook the courtyard below and offers stunning French Quarter and City skyline views.

Room 40-- Our top floor unit is one of the highest points in the entire French Quarter and offers some of the most absolutely stunning views of the city skyline. This open concept loft style unit has 2 queen beds and sleeps up to 4 guests. Note: Guests of this unit must be able to walk one flight of stairs, as our elevator stops on floor 3.

Rooms 1010-1 and -2

These furnished rooms are located directly across the street from the hotel itself. Each room has a queen size bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed (each of the two rooms sleeps 4 adults total). Each room also has it's own full bathroom as well as cable TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker and microwave. Both rooms connect to a private courtyard area.
Room 1010-1 is located on the first floor and also comes equipped with it's own full kitchen (sink and full-sized refrigerator).


Room 1010-2 is located on the second floor and features a private balcony directly over the world-famous Bourbon Street. This room also has a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.


Furthermore, these rooms have an adjoining door that can be unlocked by staff when a group books both rooms.

Room 1004 is our luxurious King and Queen Bedroom Suite. This grand unit is located in a separate building directly across from the hotel on the second floor. It has two separate suites, each with their own full bathrooms. The King Suite dons a platform jacuzzi tub with a separate room for the commode and the Queen Suite is equipped with a double headed shower and double column sinks. This unit also has a full sized kitchen, a breakfast bar, a full sized dining area and a full sized living room with a large flat screen TV and two large leather sofas. Last, but definitely not the least exciting amenity, is the extra long, wrap-around private balcony, which spans from the St. Philip side of the street, all the way around half the unit, over the world famous Bourbon Street. This balcony is worth every penny, giving opportunities to throw beads during Mardi Gras, people watch during festival season(fall), or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the French Quarter.
